| For the last couple of weeks I've been interviewing possible long term business partners (CPA's, Real Estate Attorney's, Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Contractors) in their respective fields. The purpose was to have one relationship in each professional's field to provide excellent service and help me in the decision making process when I'm purchasing a property.
I had interviewed four realtor's from several companies before we met last week. You were clearly the most prepared with your excellent package and presentation you gave me. You also clearly wanted me as a client and were interested in what my vision was. So many other realtors were only interested in telling me how great they were and them personally or their reputation to sell the house. I feel you also had the outlook of "how can we do this not "we can't do that." I've found many realtors are knowledgeable in their own niche but when you step out of the box they have very limited information. I felt you have extensive knowledge in your field and also in the investing market plus you seem very interested in learning about how to invest intelligently. I am enthused to have you as a member of my team and look forward to doing business together for many years.

| Thank you so much for all you have done to make this transaction come to fruition. We especially appreciate your willingness to stop by and check on the property to be sure that all is safe and sound. That took a load off our minds. It was hard to leave the house for the last time this morning. It was a wonderful place to live. Both the owners before us, who were there for many many years and raised their entire family there, as well as ourselves have very happy memories of living there. We will misst it. | Heather is one of those rare individuals who is able to really understand what a customer wants and is tenacious enough to make sure it happens. The end result is that all parties to the transaction feel satisfied, making for a very smooth closing on both ends. I can't say enough and I know because I was in the mortgage business 15+ yrs, and know many people in the business, whom have dealt with Heather and feel she is the BEST!! I say this because I have seen way too many poorly handled transactions (by others) and know there is more Heather's needed in the business. | ||
